Quoting NBP officer-in-charge Superintendent Richard Schwarzkopf, dzMM reported that one person has died from the grenade explosion that occurred at 9:55 am inside the state penitentiary.
Schwarzkopf has asked from help from Explosives Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit of the Philippine National Police to aid the investigation.
