The House of Representatives’ probe on the Mamasapano incident has dragged on for over two hours already with lawmakers arguing over individual concerns.

Sacked Special Action Force commander Getulio Napeñas had also given his same statement delivered during the Senate probe.

Amid the briefing, some lawmakers raised their individual concerns on the conduct of the probe.

Former military chief Muntinlupa Rep. Rodolfo Biazon said he filed his resolution for a joint hearing with the Senate, so that resource speakers would not be confused on which probe to attend.

But when Iloilo Rep Niel Tupas Jr. tried to ask a question Biazon was irked and lashed out at Tupas for interrupting him.

“I expect to be listened to while I am speaking!” Biazon said.

Public order safety committee chair Jeffrey Ferrer lashed out at bickering lawmakers andasked for order.

“It’s 12:30 p.m.Please with your kind consideration continue na tayo (let’s continue),” Ferrer said.

The committee has finally opened the floor for the congressmen to ask their questions to the resource persons. - newsinfo.inquirer.net
